Processing and Handling

Orders ship Monday–Saturday, usually within 1 business day of placing your order.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time & Risk of Loss

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

Risk of Loss: Under Dutch and European law, we bear the risk of loss or damage to the product during transport until you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) have physically received the goods.

Unless a longer delivery period is explicitly agreed upon, all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • International (Non-EU):
    • Shipping Fee: €4.95 Standard
    • Free Shipping Threshold: Free from €100
    • Estimated Transit Time: 6–8 business days

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees:

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
  • These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
  • We advise you to check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase.
