Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Revaleur ships worldwide. We offer three shipping zones:

  • Netherlands: €5,45 (Basic), free over €200
  • Europe: €6 (Basic), free over €200
  • International: €10 (Basic), free over €100

All shipments are traceable and insured. Express options are also available.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@revaleur.com with your order number and the correct details.

Once an item is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

Returns & Payments

Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, and major credit cards. All payments are securely processed, and your data is protected.
